Service Description

A Performance Coach plays a crucial role in helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve their fitness goals through the CrossFit methodology. Working with Steve, you will have access to the following benefits:


Programming Workouts: Designing and planning daily, weekly, and monthly workout routines that incorporate a mix of weightlifting, cardio, gymnastics, and other fitness elements for performance and competition.

Coaching and Instruction: Teaching proper form, technique, and execution of exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness. This includes providing demonstrations, corrections, and modifications based on individual needs.

Motivation and Support: Inspiring and motivating clients to push their limits and achieve their personal best. They provide encouragement, track progress, and celebrate achievements to keep clients engaged and committed.

Assessment and Goal Setting: Conduct initial assessments to determine fitness levels and set realistic, measurable goals. Regularly re-assessing to monitor progress and adjust goals as needed.

Injury Prevention and Management: Educating clients on injury prevention techniques, proper

warm-up and cool-down procedures, and managing any existing injuries or limitations.

Nutritional Guidance: Offering basic nutritional advice and guidelines to complement the training regimen and support overall health and performance.
